Today, members of the Textiles Partnership cover roughly half of the German market in relation to the 100 top-selling companies in the German textile retail industry. The approximately 130 members of the multi-stakeholder initiative have been assigned to five different stakeholder groups. In addition there are seven advisory members.

Note concerning the remark (Onboarding):
Once the Steering Committee has approved the admission of new members, they must undergo an onboarding process. With a self-assessment, they prove that they have established basic due diligence requirements. This is a prerequisite for membership in the Textiles Partnership. The Partnership Secretariat verifies the self-assessment. New members have 12 months to complete the onboarding process.
